Is there / will there be a Barter Board section?

Much like other servers, there is a barter board section for the game, where people put up gear they are selling/buying ect.
with the letters being used and people's gear getting more 'expensive' its harder to find a buyer ingame. Will there be a Barter Board put in to the forums?
